I use Sure E3c earbuds with a Sure Wireless monitor pack. I stand on the left end for the band facing the crowd so I just use one in my outside (right) ear and leave the left one out. This way I get the natural accoustic sound of the band and a monitor feed in my right ear too. I have been using them for 5 years now and would never go back to a hot spot monitor speaker.
